We ask that guests give a 48 hours’ notice of any cancellations or rescheduling. Any cancellations made after this period will be charged a $50 fee to reschedule. Same day cancellations will result in a 100% service charge and 20% gratuity. 

(Sickness and family emergency do not apply) 


Late Arrival:

We will always try to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. If you know you are going to be late, please call or send a message so we can adjust accordingly. If you can make it in time for us to move forward with the entirety of your service, wonderful! If not, we may have to forgo certain parts of your service so we can stay within your appointment time. If you are more than 15min late, it will be considered a no show and need to be rebooked with a $50 rebooking fee.


No Call No Show:

No call no show will result in a 100% service charge and a 20% gratuity fee. A 50% deposit is required to book your next appointment.
