Theo  has been in the beauty industry for almost two decades and has a true passion for education. When he’s not behind the chair, Theo travels to salons across the country, teaching advanced color techniques and color theory. Growing up in the small town of Gees Bend, Alabama, he learned to appreciate the people that surround him and cherishes quality time with his wife and two daughters after a busy day.

Marissa brings a creative spark and a warm welcome to everyone stepping into Sparrow. As a seasoned pro in guest relations, she knows how to make every visit special. When she's not lighting up our front desk, she's teaming up with her husband on their photography projects, capturing life’s beautiful moments.

Since 2022, she’s been helping clients embrace their best features with personalized styles and sustainable care routines. When she’s not in the salon, Macy loves spending time with her partner Zach, their two dogs Ollie and Frank, enjoying concerts, or relaxing by the lake.
